BenguFarm Mobile for iOS stores all its data locally in the application's database located on the iOS device. No data is gathered and stored permanantly in a central database, cloud or otherwise, and data is not shared with any third party, nor is it used in any other way, including but not limited to anaticle analysis and marketing by the developers, BenguelaSoft.

The exception is when data is synchronised, by the user of BenguFarm Mobile for iOS, to a BenguFarm database (most probably their own) located on a Windows Computer running BenguFarm for Windows software. The synchronisation is initiated by the user from their iOS device and does not happen automatically. The data is synchronised to the BenguFarm desktop database as identified by the synchronisation parameters entered by the user. This is in other words a case where data is distributed/shared on accord of the user's own actions. Where such synchronisation happens via the cloud synchonisation option, data is temporarily saved in a cloud based database to facilitate the transfer of data between the user's iOS device and the applicable Windows computer. The data is automatically deleted from the cloud based database when the synchronisation completes.

No quarentee can thus be given in regard to data distributed/shared by a user through the synchronisations functions of the BenguFarm Mobile for iOS. Such data is synchronised to a Windows computer of the user's own selection with the computer so selected not under the control of BenguelaSoft. 

 Any changes to this policy will be communicated electronically to users, either by e-mail and/or a notice in BenguFarm Mobile for iOS.
